Isaiah 43:2
"When you pass through the waters I will be with you. And when you pass through the rivers they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire you will not be burned. The flames will not set you ablaze."
This verse does not say that the waters and fires will disappear. It promises you will not face them alone. The Fear Inventory helps you name exactly which waters and fires stand in front of you right now so you can walk through them with open eyes and steady trust.

The principle here is that The Fear Inventory is a simple writing practice. You take a blank page and list every fear currently holding you back. No editing. No judgment. Putting them on paper removes their mystery and cuts their power in half.
Take fifteen minutes right now and write your own Fear Inventory. List at least five fears holding you back. For each one write one specific action you will take this week to confront it. Hit reply with the word DONE when you have completed this challenge.
