Johnny Neal is the founder of The Real Deal Network, a youth leadership organization built to develop the next generation of leaders ages 15-25 through five pillars: Faith, Identity, Character, Service, and Purpose. He serves as Entrepreneurial Dean of Education at Larry Janesky's School of Entrepreneurship and has been personally mentored by four billionaires. Johnny's mission is simple. Help young people discover who they are, what they stand for, and how to build something that matters. He believes leadership is not a title. It is a decision.
